My Story

Rupinder Kaur is the eldest of three siblings. Her father works as a laborer to a mason. He is working hard to provide for his own family but also looking after his brother's widow & her children. Being a mason himself, he hasn't been able to build his house and lives in dilapidated conditions. Despite all the barriers, they all understand it's the education of the young ones that can empower this family and lift them out of poverty. Rupinder is excited at the opportunity to study at a better school with SAF's support.
