Simranjit Kaur's dad is a small farmer with 2 acres of land. During wheat season, he works on the farm, and for paddy season, he leases it out. The family also has a cow for fresh milk. Despite having an amputated leg, Simran's dad works hard as a part-time electrician and takes care of the cows. Simranjit loves eating rice, adores the color pink, enjoys playing carrom-board with her brother, and has would go to Sri Harmandir Sahib, if she had a airplane to take her on a vacation.
