My Story

Meet Navjot, a young boy with big dreams of becoming a doctor. His mother works tirelessly as a housekeeper in their colony after Navjot's father passed away from head injuries a decade ago. They live in a two-room rented house with Navjot's maternal grandmother and uncle, sharing the $82 monthly rent. Navjot's mother receives monthly pension, but they face a pending rent of $330. Despite their challenges, Navjot sees his mother as his hero. His greatest concerns revolve around his education, and his three heartfelt wishes are for his family's safety, academic success, and fulfilling his dreams.
