Single Father/Mother
Meet Sehajdeep, a spirited young girl whose eyes light up at the mention of her favorite color, pink. After her father's tragic passing in July 2021, her family relies on a modest $75 widow pension and $50 in community aid to survive. Sehajdeep's mother bravely manages household expenses, but their mud-and-wooden roof leaks during rains. Despite these challenges, Sehajdeep loves eating dal and playing kho-kho. If she had an airplane, she would want to visit the Red Fort.
