My Story

Paramjeet’s family struggles daily with hardship. His mother, a homemaker, suffers from an mental condition, which makes it difficult for her to communicate clearly. His father, who has limited mobility due to a leg injury, works in a factory, earning $215 per month. The family lives in a shared house, with only one room and a small store room in their portion. They are suffering from severe poverty and receive no help from the government. Despite their difficulties, Paramjeet enjoys eating rice, playing games, and admires his mother’s strength.
