My Story

Taranpreet Kaur lives with her parents and siblings in Ludhiana, Punjab.  Their home is essentially made from mud, and there is no solid foundation.  The roof is also a makeshift roof, they have used a combination of sheet metal, wood and grass in order to create a roof over their heads.  Their home only has 1 room which Taranpreet shares with her 2 siblings and parents.  They do not have a vehicle, and their washroom is pretty much non-existent. If you choose to sponsor Taranpreet Kaur today, you will lift a financial and emotional burden off of her parent’s shoulders.  Every parent wants their child to have a quality education, and Taranpreet’s parents are not able to afford even the basic necessities for their family, so an education for their children is a far off dream.  You can give Taranpreet a chance at becoming a doctor and reaching higher goals.
