I had the privilege to visit my child in Gujarat and spend an entire day with him. It was a very beautiful & emotional experience to meet the child and his grandmother.

You will also recieve a summer update each year with the latest information for your sponsored child and their community. Where possible, we also include hand written cards from the children you sponsor too.

As a child sponsor, you can send gifts and write letters to the them. SAF International will pass them onto the child, and if they choose to write back, their response will be mailed to you. Our team will translate letters if required.

On top of that, you can also arranage to visit the child that you sponsor.

A sponsorship can last as long as you like, but we do ask that new sponsorsor be prepared to commit to at least one full year.

If and when the child you sponsor graduates, you will be notified and given the option to transfer your sponsorship to a new child or to end your sponsorship.

No. Children enrolled in our “Educate A Child” Program are not required to meet any religious requirement nor do we discriminate on the basis of race, caste and gender.

Our only requirements are that the child attends school and that their family can demonstrate the need for financial support.
