Little Gurnoor Kaur is growing up in a humble one-room rented home, where her parents work hard to care for four young children with very limited means. Her father earns a modest income by performing kirtan at the Gurdwara Sahib, while her mother lovingly manages the household. Gurnoor herself finds joy in simple things such as savouring daal-chawal and playing hockey. She dreams of flying to England one day.
