Meet Simranjeet a 3rd grader with love for color yellow. Her father is a laborer earning around $150 per month, while her mother, a housewife, does embroidery work at home for about $6 per month. Simranjeet lives with her parents, an elder brother and grandmother in a shared house with her uncle. Both children follow Sikhism. Her favorite food is bananas, and she enjoys playing hockey and Ludo. She looks up to her father.
