Punjab We mostly deal with single mothers, farmer suicide families and other under privileged children with various familial situations.
Pardeep Kaur's father passed away 2 years ago after suffering from a heart attack. Unfortunately, her young mother also suffered a heart attack 3 years ago at the age of 29. Currently, her mother is taking medications to treat her heart issues, but she has the burden of caring for her 3 young daughters on her own. After Pardeep’s father’s passing, Pardeep’s paternal grandparents started to harass Pardeep’s mother to a point where she could not bear living with them anymore. She took her daughters and left with nowhere to go. Thankfully, Pardeep’s uncle has been helping them. He makes sure they have food to eat and has arranged for them to live in a 300 square foot room. Currently, there is no income for Pardeep’s family. Her mother has an interest in opening up a boutique, and SAF International would like to help her dream come true. We are hoping to set aside funds to help Pardeep’s mother have a shop sometime in 2019, as well as ensure that she has the appropriate skills to keep her boutique running.
